Wards Sea King 6HP

I bought a 6hp Wards Sea King motor today at an auction. I know nothing about it. The Model# is VWB19074A and the Serial# is 66X12612. I am looking for information such as year, oil mixture ratio, spark plug, spark plug gap, and anything else that can be helpful about this motor. Thanks for your help.
