Warehouse of old outboard parts- near Philly

I saw this ad today and thought some of you might have interest. I don't know anything about it except that Spring City is about 25 miles west of Philadelphia. Looks like a nice find for someone who buys/sells old parts.

Since the guy is looking for someone to buy the whole lot, by preference, watch for this stuff to start showing up on ebay. It will be a great deal for someone who has the space to store it as they sell it. If I weren't so darned ancient, I'd be tempted. A guy'd need a nice big truck, though, to transport the lot.
