warning horn wiring, on 77 115hp, gray or tan?

I have myself a new (2008 model) johnson controller for my 77 115hp outboard.

all the wiring spliced over just fine, but I was left with 2 extra wires, a gray and a tan (or light brown)

Which of these gets wired to the horn thing it came with?
and the other is for a tac right?

The TAN wire is for the warning horn.

The GRAY wire is for the tachometer sensor.
