Warning horn

Has anyone know a warning horn to just turn on and not shut off? Im trying to get my boat ready for the new season and just the other day went to fire it up, as soon as i turned the key on i got a overheat alarm (constant alarm) so i disconnected the tempature sensors thinking one or both were bad but the warning horn continues to sound. I suspect its the horn itself malfunctioning although i did replace it last year. any ideas, should i replace it again? Specs: johnson 100hp 1989 v4 outboard

It's probably not the horn if you just replaced it, but a short in the wiring.
