Is summer over already? I didnt even think it started yet. We only got about 2 weeks of it up here in Wisconsin. My only hope is we can find a few more warm days yet so I can get my boat out one last time.

It's my fault. I purchased more carbon credits than I really needed and threw Global Warming in reverse.

I been outside my house standing on my accelerator, burning the tires, and holding a paint can down out the window but it hasnt gotten any warmer here.

Going fishing this weekend in northern Wisconsin. Gonna go up to the clear water lakes around Eagle River. Taking an extra sleeping bag.

With all that hot air up there in the north, I'd think it would be warmer

Besides, you guys are letting that cold stuff drift down here in Ohio. Thats ok, my boat has heat also Nothing like waking up to a hot cup of coffee only to look out and see snow on the docks ......I remember a few years back that happened.

It doesn't drift down there, it gets pulled down there cause Ohio sucks!! haha!! Not all of Ohio, just the parts that aren't Cedar Point.

Yeah not a very good boatin' summer. BUT!! No flooding, fires, earthquakes, or hurricanes so I will not complain!

You don't feel earthquakes on the water
flooding, fires and hurricanes... well that's a little different story.

i head to work around 5:30 am so i use my head lights almost all year what stinks is when you have to turn them on to go home from work

Spring was not good to us here in Ontario this year. July was so so, August relly rocked though and now it's cooling off again. Hopefully Canadian thanksgiving will be as good to us this year as it was last year !!! 90 degrees in these parts.

Down here in Mexico's subarb its cooling off also. Really sucks in some ways. We broke down and got a pool last week. The water is still cold but it hasn't stopped us yet!

My summer has been good. This is my first summer owning a boat and I managed to put about 50 hours on the hour meter. Its sad to see it end, but I guess all good things come to an end. Now its time to clean it, overhaul the sound system, ect, ect... Just because summer is about over doesn't mean I can't spend quality time on the boat...lol.

The start of Hurricane season!

Yeah, I know they say June, but I have beren evacuated two Labor Day weekends over the years. Now with Ike just brushing by us we dodged another one. So far. You know they have occasionally done a back track!

And the season has been known to run into November...

Oh well, just another wonderful day in paradise!

Summer's over? But I just most the bugs worked out of my boat and started fishin Hopefully we'll get another 2 months in before it gets cold. If not I may have to burn some tires or release some R-12 from my old cars
