Water coming out bottom Carburator

Hello I have a problem with a 1992 150 HP Force. There is water coming out the bottom carburator. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I should have said also the compression on all cylinders is 148 to 150.

Sure that water isn't gas?

It is for sure water mixed with gas and oil. it is white and milky. The engine also puts out a lot of steam with the exhaust when it is running on muffs.

The water is probably mixed with the gas and is settling down to the lowest point. Check the gas tank for water.

There is no water in the gas tank. It occurs when the motor is running the water spurts out. This occurs only on the bottom carb and the plug does have some water droplets on it as well. The head has been pulled and the cylinder and piston looks good.

Did you put a new head gasket on?
