Hi,
I recently replaced the water pump impeller and housing and some seals under the plate, as well as the foot oil in my 2011 Evinrude Etech 115. I found water in my lower unit so once I replaced the pump and seals, I ran a pressure test on the lower unit and everything checked out fine. The other day I took her out to test my work. At idle speed up to about 3800 rpms, she pees normally and everything seems fine. Around 4000rpms I notice that a decent amount of water comes out of the exhaust hole on the boot right above the water indicator (tell tale). Is this normal, have I just never noticed since I am the one that typically drives it? Are there any places water could be getting in to the exhaust? I appreciate everyone's help in advance.
Thanks
