Water cooling question

I have a 1965 mercury 110 9.8 ho. Is there a pee hole on this year or engine? Right now only water is discharging from the exhaust.

I think there is a pee hole.----They plugged easily.----Might require that you pull the powerhead to clean the passage way out.----Can you find the hole on the lower cowling ?

No just drain hole in the lower housing.

Looked everywhere and can’t find anything that represents a drain. If there is one and it’s plugged will it cause damage to the engine?
