Re: water damage
From what I gathered, the tarp is holding the water in pocket-like tubs, and you want to get water out. A 6ft length of garden hose will siphon it out. I just found out the hard way that this werks (I live in Lehigh Florida)..Some weather, huh?
I werk for the City here, and yesterday, the Caloosahatchee River left it's banks, flooding out a whole subdivision.
Your boat will dry out by monday afternoon....Just in time for the afternoon thunderstorms. Ah, the joys of the "sunshine state"! But don't worry too much about her.She will dry out, then you can re-cover it. And as for water damage,it is a boat. Boats are built to withstand getting wert inside and out.Carpets used are also quite mildew-resistant.Anything that rots-out, or otherwise deteriorates, was not constructed properly in the first place, and it gives you the opertunity to correct those "flaws", using the proper materials and boat consrtruction.

I hope your area gets a break..We had 6in overnight Thursday!! Glub-glub.
