Winterized 4.3L according to Mercruiser Manual but did something wrong because I have water in all cylinders. Cleaned all drain plugs to get complete drain down and refilled both block and manifold with RV anti-freeze.

This is the dry joint manifold design and I wonder if it's possible to have water trapped between in spacer between risers amd manifolds.

Want to pressure test block/heads using procedure for blocking all hoses to the thermostat housing and then pressurizing one oulet but it seems like I'd be putting presure to the closed thermostat and not the block.

I'll be be putting plenty of oil in all cylinders till I can repair.

Remove all the sparkplugs, and turn the engine over with the starter to remove the water. If it were me, I would then put all the plugs back in, run the engine up to normal operating temperature to remove any traces of water in the cylinders, change your engine oil and filter again, and begin winterizing all over again, keeping a very close eye on it while doing so.
