Water in cillinder

I have mercury jet 120 whit water in the bottom cillinder, I know that's bad, so what to expect?<br />Left the boat to the dealer he said that may be is a crack, I don't have any idea how he will check that whitout openig the engine, and I am shure he will not do that.<br />Any ideas ??? Thanks.

Not much that can be done without opening the engine. Compression check will identify the bad cylinder but the engine will need to opened to repair.
