Water in lower unit oil?

I just went to drain my lower unit oil and I am not sure if this is indicating water in the lower unit oil or not.

If so, what should I do to fix it? I haven't done any of the lower unit seals except for the impeller.

Hard to see in the pic if there is water in it. With water in the oil it would look like chocolate milk or the water will enter out first then the oil when draining.
Some LU oil will mix with the water (chocolate milky) other not, water separated to the oil.

It looks like a small amount of water's in there.
Nordin, not all oils turn brown, his looks blue so I doubt it would turn brown.
Like Racer suggested pressure test.
Might help if you mention the year, model of the motor??
My twin 1988/85's all 4 would weep around the drain plug.
