ok so the person who owned my boat before me let it sit out in oregon and get rained on. the motor siezed up so i cleaned it and did a small rebuild. i found because of the rain there was water in the motor and in the oil pan. i have a feeling there is water in the motor that i cant get too. what would happen if i ran the motor with fresh oil to clean out the water then replaced the oil? thanks in advance

Yes you could do that, but also change the oil filter.
