Water in my outdrive?

This is the first year that I had Sea Ray service my outdrive and now I am noticing something funny in the outdrive. Does this look like separation and/or water to any of you?

Ayuh,..... Looks more like Bubbles than water....

Drain some from the bottom of the drive to look for Water,....
Oil floats on water ya know...
