Water in oil, again

I have an OMC 2.3L and it has made my life hell trying to figure out why I continue to get water in the oil. The following has been done:

1. Replaced head gasket (mag tested)
2. Replaced gasket on exhaust manifold and sanded flat at the intake

Two of the cylinders did have water in them as well as in the oil. I spoke to a mechanic and he said it must be an internal crack in the engine block. He says even a compression test could pass and there still be a crack.

Question -

1. Are there any other tests that can be done to confirm the issue is inside the block?
2. Has anyone had success with using a block repair like this

check the exhaust manifold (its potentially NLA)

check your elbow to SWL measurement. if your boat is waterlogged, the back of the boat could be sitting lower allowing water in

do a compression test and a cooling system pressure test.

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,..... To test the block for a crack, drain it, isolate the block by blockin' hoses, etc, then pressurize it with 'bout 15 psi of air,...
You'll hear the crack, follow the sound to the problem,.....

The fact that water has gotten in the oil more than once might be all the test you need . . .

Cooling system pressure test would be the next thing to test.
