Water in oil lower Unit OMC Sterndrive

Hi, I have a OMC Sterndrive Electric Shift and when I remove the oil from the Lower Unit I detect water. I am replacing the seals and orrings. Inside it is dirty with thick oil. How do you recommend cleaning without having to remove the electromagnets? thanks

Solvent. Then change the oil each run for the first few outings

fill the drive with diesel fuel. let it sit.

then drain.

diesel fuel is a great solvent

2xs on the diesel fuel as that is what OMC recommended.
