Water in oil

I have a 1974 mercruiser 302 ford my guess is a blown head gasket. I changed the oil three times to flush it out I just need some help.

not much to go on so , did you overheat the motor?
Once repaired simply changing the oil will not clear it, you need to run it under load , at temperature to boil out the moisture

and pray it isnt a cracked block
