New to me boat. The engine cranked really hard and when I checked the plugs I found the left side dry and all four on the right wet. I pulled the manifold and riser apart and found a leak between the riser and the riser extension. Before putting the manifold back on I cranked it over. Out of water and no muffs. I still got lots of water out of all four cylinders. rechecked right side and it's still dry. Where is that coming from? Intake Gasket? All help appreciated. I'm much more comfortable with farm equipment but the nearest dealer with any kind of track record is 200+ miles away. Searching the form but not much luck.
Additional info: I only drained the manifold. Not the block. When I took the riser off, the manifold had a lot of water in it. Is it maybe water still in the cylinders from that?
