Hi there
Please help me figure this one out .
I had some water in the bilge and it was the old water pump was dripping some water . I replaced it .( in the same time I hoisted the engine and remove the outdrive to change the oil pan )
If I run it with muffs there is not a drip of water in the bilge .
Yesterday I took it for a ride and after 40 min i got about 1 bucket of water in the bilge .( i didn't have connected the bilge pump )
I checked the bellow and i didn't see any sign of rust or any water in there .

Any ideas are appreciated .

My engine is Volvo Penta 5.7 GS PLKD '97

Any idea where should i look for ?
Thanks

Put the boat in the water and run it at different loads/rpms. If your on the hose the water pressure will not be much, but in the water it will increase. Have someone with you to drive or look around and you will find it

i guess that should be the next step .i will do a list of possible entry point like : water pumps , cooling hoses , bellow , transom , drain plug . I cant think of anything else.
