I have a 79 Johnson 100(javelin model). When it is running, there is a small water leak around the spark plug an one of the lower cylinders. I have pulled the plug and there is no sign of water burning in the cylinder. I can not tell if the water is coming from in the cylinder and getting around the plug or if it is coming form the head cover gasket. There is a good stream of water from the "pee" hole and some water coming from the exhaust relief holes. Any one had this problem or one like it? Thanks for any help,<br />Larry

You could do a compression check and this will confirm what you already know. Next step is to pull the head and inspect. Plenty of help available here if/when you need it.
