water leak problem

I have a AML35d military motor. I seem to have a water leaking into the engine compartment. I have replaced the head cover gasket and the exaust cover gaskets. But I still have water leaking on the port side of the engine from the a drain hole. This leak only happens at high rpms. Anyone have any ideas where it could be comming from? Other than the leak the engine runs fine and there is no water visible in the cylinders.

maybe the telltale hose is punctured.

Thanks for the reply! That was the second thing that I checked. Could it be a crack in the power head somewhere?
