I am about to pull the engine soon, actually this winter season..... what does it look like? Exhaust?

Perhaps the raw water hose, either entering or exiting the oil/power steering cooler?...cannot really tell from that angle.

Omc Cobra 2.3L 1987 Bayliner capri 17", I think it might be the exhaust but not sure.... will rent the cherry picker soon.....

The only thing you can do is LOOK! Where it's dripping is just the lowest spot. Flashlights and mirrors is needed along with FEEL to find the leak.
We can tell you how an what to fix, but you have to find exactly where the water is coming from. It may be higher up and just running down and dripping off the exhaust Y pipe.
