I have a 1989 fourwinns with a 3.0l omc cobra drive with new belows. As I was unloading my boat this weekend I could hear water trickling in. As I took a closer look I could feel it was coming from the center of the transome plate. Then as fast as it started it stoped. I took it off the trailer and went down the lake for about an hour and brought it back. I checked to see if the water level in the boat had gone up but it looked the same. It wasnt a lot(not enough to pump out) but still didnt seem right. I just put new belows on and didnt know if I should pull the drive back off and inspect everything again or I didnt know if the water could have been sitting in the bellhousing and came out with the boat at a step angle. Any advice would be appreciatted.
