water leak

hello i have an 1986 110 johnson, put water pump impellar in motor at start of season, just today motor started to leak water around upper collar, is there a gasket to replace? can i wait till end of season to pull lower unit off for inspectionw/o damage? motor is running at normal temp, also the motor is used in salt water docked. i was concerned that water leak would get to drive shaft and fused to powerhead if thats the case then i will pull boat out of water to do repair, but whats the leak from? it just started. thanks for any input!

"Upper collar" Not sure what you are referring to??

the two relief holes out the back of the motor, to the side of that housing water leaks out when motor is running. thanks for any help
