I have a 1975 Johnson 115, there is water shooting out of the sides of the lower unit. It is coming from where the lower and upper unit connects. I have already changed the water pump and I have changed the seal that goes around that exhaust port. The manual is not calling for a seal to go in between the upper and lower unit so right now I am lost. Is there a certain way I am suppose to put it back together. Or a certain amount of torque that I am supose to use.

You're OK, it is not uncommon for water to come out there. There is no gasket there and once the paint seal is broken, water will come out there. If it really bothers you, you can drop the lower unit and put some type of sealer (silicone) there, otherwise just leave it alone.
