water leaking

1989 mercruser 305 alpha one.
19 foot ski boat.i cant think of the name at the sec its a new boat i got.Water is coming in the boat and i do know know where from.The bellows are new and are not leaking. Ive tried the plug and ect they are all sealed.I was told it could be the ram unit on the bottom of the alpha one.How would i know if it was leaking?

water can enter from:
main bellows, remove drive to check
shift boot, water visable just to the left of the inputshaft
exaust pipe
corroded hole in housing
leaking hyd manifold ,bottom of trandom housing.
rotted transom
pushed out core plug, freezing damage'
cracked block, freeze damage

the main drive is out.All the bellows were dry.transom is not rotten,pretty sure the motor part is good.It leaks when or without motor running.the manifold did have a leak awhile back but a clamp was loose.When i took the boat out last it broke down and i did not get a chance to see where it was coming from.A gas hose was sucking air.

Depending on how much water was coming in it may be the speed-o pick up tube.
Take a camera or mirror and look around, they will fit where your head won't to somewhat quote Bond-o

I just replaced my speed o pickup and speaking of that it did not still work.but ill look real close to it when i go out next.
