hello<br /> now I have an odd one. I just completed the breakin on a motor I rebuilt. 1994 120 20". water pressure is about 10 psi at idle and about 30 psi at wot. I cannot find the specs for water pressure on this engine. called a dealer friend and he cant find it either. the motor runs very well and now has over 5 hours on it so it was delivered sunday. can anybody tell me what manual this info is in?

Rodbolt: I have never seen this figure given in the service manuals. I put a guage on my old 1972, 125 some time ago, That is the reading I get also, 10lb. at idle, 30 lb. at WOT. We're talking alot of spread in years here, but these engines us about the same volume pump.

Rodbolt....just checked the OEM service manual and there is no reference to any kind of psi reading for water pressure. Might just have to set a top and low end psi for future comparison.

I have read for some time, when running a jacked up engine to have at least 15 lb., so I have been comfortable with the readings I'm getting. I tapped into the top of the block, over #1 cylinder for my hook-up
