water pump change out 82 70hp evenrude

i am having a problem seperating the lower unit; i have all 5 bolts removed and it just wont budge; fresh water use only; is there a trick to this.i have tried this in forward neutral and reverse. any info would be great. thanks in advance

There are six (6) bolts, not five (5). Remove the trim tab and remove the bolt you'll see under it.
