Water pump flow?

I installed the new water pump in my boat yesterday but the flow doesnt look like it is as strong as it used to be...
Could this be a problem and if so how can i fix it?

Was the old impeller bad? a piece may have broken off and clogged the water passage.

what was the water pressure before and after the change? Did you install the impellor in the right direction?

Doesn't matter if the tangs are backwards. They'll correct themselves when the engine starts.
