Hi, I'm rebuilding a water pump for an 86 Mercury 35 HP and I had a question on which way the rubber seal and nylon washer (part 27, 28) go in. From the parts schematic (see attached photo) it appears they could would go in the water tube sleeve from the top of the housing. They seem to fit correctly by installing them on the underside of the housing as indicated in photo 2 with the red arrow. So rubber seal in first and nylon sleeve after. Just wanted to confirm the latter was correct. Thanks!
