Water Pump Replacement

I have a 1998 Mecury 60 hp. electric on my SeaArk which I use on the Missouri River with a LOT of sand. I don't have a book for the 60 horse but I do have one for a 2001 125 hp. Mercury. Just wondering if it would be the same process to replace the pump? I have replaced pumps on some of my older Johnson's but not though the hub. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

As long as both motors are propeller (not Jet), the procedure should be the same. Removal of the gearcase may be a bit diffferent, so check it out.
