water pump

Hey guys I have a suzuki dt30 .....I started it in a barrel of water...it started pumping water fine then stopped any ideas....the guy i bought it from said had a new one put in last year....it is otherwise fine...I need some ideas....thanx ahead of time....al

Get a blow gun and a air compressor and the air in the pisser hole probaly just clogged

Is water still coming out of the exhaust area above the water line. My 25 hp was peeing fine and it was spitting water out of the exhaust. I turned the motor off, turned it back on, now no water is coming out of either place. I think it's water pump problems.
