Water pump

Can someone tell me what direction the water pump turns. I removed the impeller last fall and now that it's going back together I can"t remember what direction the impeller turns. The manual doesn't show it.

Great thanks. So it's clockwise looking down at the top of pump.

It doesn't matter which way the fins are installed. when the motor is started it will correct itself.

Yep ! A little grease on the impeller blades will help with engagement. Push down on the impeller and turn the shaft at the same time.
