water pump

Ran a 1987 Johnson 40 hp hooked up to a flush device and seems to be litttle water flow.... There is some but not what I have seen out of my other motor(92 Johnson 60hp)... Think it would be ok or shall I just replace the whole water pump?? I suspect the impellar would be the problem. Any suggestions would help thanks much

Changing that pump is cheap insurance! How old is it? Check with your OMC dealer he’ll have what you need. Get the complete kit so you know everything is solid.<br />Mac

check iboats parts dept? at the top of your screen<br />they probably have what you need
