just want to make sure putting seperator back on the way it came off.

hose in and hose out. the out going to hose with pressure ball going to engine.

hose in from gas tank.

is there a hose that vents directly from the tank? i have a 5/8 hose that runs next to fill hose.

this fiting on the tank is next to seperator fitting.

thank you

IN - from tank
Out - to engine
Yes the tank has a vent, it should run to a vent thru-hull fitting.
I connect the separator directly to the pickup from the tank. Then connect the primer bulb after the filter.
The vent, and pickup tubes should be marked on the top of the tank. If not, the pickup is the only fitting that should allow you to draw fuel from the tank. Put a little fuel in the tank and try each one until you can draw fuel, that's the pickup. The largest fitting is the filler tube.

seperator as two fittings with opposite arrows, one in, one out.

in will be to pickup from tank and other wil be to ball leading to motor.
pretty sure thats right.

other fitting on tank is vent, 5/8 hose outs next to tank fill area.
fill hose is obvious on tank.

thank you
