Water Shutters for a 4.3LX?

I have my motor pulled while rebuilding deck/stringers/transom, and noticed when I pulled the exhaust elbows and Y-Pipe, that there were no shutters in place. This is on a 1992 Mercruiser 4.3LX (4bbl) with Alpha 1 Gen II outdrive.

So, I did some digging and the assembly diagram shows shutters (part 807166A1) http://www.mercruiserparts.com/bam/subassembly/31484/1619/200 but then several of the online parts stores show that part number for '96 and newer systems.... https://www.marineengineparts.com/mercury-marine-807166a1-water-shutter-kit

I checked the service manual and it does not show a shutter part number either... can anyone help me find the appropriate shutter part number?

I believe the correct part you need is 807166A3... Its been a while since I replaced mine but i think the shutters were redesigned because the old ones the pin would wear out and fall down and get stuck in the bottom of the y-pipe and rattle and wear a hole into the pipe.
