I have bee reading my manual for a Force 125, 1989 year model. I have installed a new water pump and impeller. I put a garden hose on the water tube and got water to come out of the lower exhaust port. Put everything back together and started the unit up, no water output. I am at my witts end here. The only thing I havent' done is replace the thermostat. Can't get the cover of of the darn thing. Lower 2 screws are stuck, I broke 3 large flats.

Somebody told me that it maybe cavitating and not pushing the water up the inlet tube. Any ideas?

Re: Water Stumper

Get yourself an impact driver for about $15. It's the only way I could get mine off and it's handy as hell to have one around.
