Water temp?

I am having trouble finding out what temp my engine should run during regular use.
My engine is a Volvo/penta 4.3GL PLKD
Numbers are 4110152461. And another number is
3868618. It is going to 175. I am wondering if that would be consistent with having a 160
thermostat ?

Mine runs between 160 -180 depending what I'm doing and what the lake water temp is. I would think you are fine at 175.
