for my dads boat. 1992 thomson 4.3 v6. hasent been run in maybe 4 years. just installed a new engine. hooked the earmuffs up and i think the impeller is shot. water still shoots out by the earmuffs as if the pump is not sucking the water up. also the water comes dribbling out of the hole where im pretty sure it should pour out constant. could it be from sitting and it needs a minute or does this boat have that little impeller that my outboard had and its an easy change with the lower unit off.
