My uncle and aunt have a real pretty German Shepard that rides on the waverunner in front of the driver just like a little kid does. I didn't believe it until I saw it! Dog has her own PFD and booties to keep the claws off the paint job. She loves to ride! Can't wait to jump on and she's really calm and still when underway. The "family" has two waverunners and they spend a lot of weekends exploring the river, picknicking on the sand bars etc. I have no idea how you could train a dog so well. Must be part fish?

That must be the German Shepard in her. I've thought about taking my shepard boating, but the thing is just to dang hairy. It's tough enough keeping the house clean with her, but to get it out of marine carpet would be a pain. That's what happens when your an*l about keeping your things nice. The boots thing is good.

I bought a car from a dog owner once... ONCE!<br /><br />I bought my boat from a dog owner too, what a tremendous chore to clean it up! To good a deal to pass up though!
