Aye, Captain... yes, everybody was Kung Foo fighting... I can relate to those pre-teen years. As for the trout, we took 1st place in a local trout/red tournament that ended on Saturday. Big fish (trout) was 4.79 lbs. We had lots of 21" and 22" trout. We fish the drift from 1 foot to 4 feet deep on incoming tide. Trout everywhere - good size, too. Reds are rolling everywhere. We have another final trout tourney ending on Nov. 17 - which is a fairly large (for this area) tourney - I am counting the days until then!! We are in the points and hopefully will place in winning categories. Fishing here is awesome this time of year, especially with the weather changes. Can't wait for the reds/trout to get back in the creeks and rivers. Also catching keeper grouper in 20 foot waters.. and caught 2 of the most beautiful flounder you would ever want on your dinner table! Will be back at Lake Seminole, GA tonight - crappie fishing (yes, I have to work tomorrow, and will hopefully get to catch a nap @ work). Life is good - can you tell I love to fish!
