Weak spark still!

1980 20hp Merc, replaced the switch box, very weak "yellow" spark to the plugs and yet to start. I just got it last week.

Any ideas??

How do u check the coils??

John the chances of 2 coils failing at the some time is very small, it sounds like a stator winding here is the CDI test for the system hope it helps
