It was still in the 90's when we left Bullhead City, Az on Sunday. We will be gong back in a week or two. Still in the 80's there now, just hope the river is high enough to launch, levels this time of year reallly go down.

I ride a motorcycle too so I really feel it when stupid winter comes, it is currently like 34 degrees out and I haven't ridden since last Friday, withdrawl setting in.....

I do have the camper top so I can get out and fish a few more times and THE MIGHTY FIGHTING IRISH are doing really well this year so I have that.

I am going to the BYU game so hopefully it comes around a bit at least for next Sat.

Snowed here a couple days back, 10-15 minutes worth. Alot cooler this fall than last, for what it's worth they say that this is going to be the worst winter in the East in years. Hope that they are wrong winter of 2009/10 we had 57" of snow

Snow ia something I don't miss at all. It's been a little cooler here the last couple of days. 60s at night and 85-88 during the afternoons. This is why we are here ;)
The boat will stay at the dock for some time. I pull her out for 6 month maintenance and some custom work this time. I will try to remember pictures of before and after.

Re: Weather changes

My sister and brother-in-law sold their place in PA and moved down to Naples just a while ago, same reason-they were tired of the white stuff. When winter comes I don't mind the snow, I like the season change, the worst is if it is just cold and dirt no snow just cold and dirt

Re: Weather changes

We are future snowbirds. Our place in MN has already had snow on the dock three times. However, our Albuquerque home is still in the 80's for the most part. Only thing down here is that they shut the irrigation water off a month early!
