weedless 4hp prop

so my buddy messed up my trust little 4hp's lower unit, I searched ebay and found a 4hp evinrude weedless lower end and bought it as we use this motor in the marsh for duckhunting so I figure it can't hurt to do the weedless. anyways the new lower did not come with the prop and I didn't think about it being different. where am I gonna find a weedless prop for an obsolete little motor?I really want it fixed as it has never let me down, I bought it for 30 bucks at a yard sale and it has been the most reliable outboard I have ever seen.

That weedless lower unit was made for many years. Shouldn't be that hard to find a prop. There are several parts to it.

I'm assuming they are out there, there aren't any on ebay right now, the only factory part I have found says it is plastic which isn't gonna happen in the marsh I'd have to buy them in the dozens plus the original's for this year were def. aluminum. other than that I found this http://youngprops.com/johnson.htm but it is listed as an aluminum trolling motor prop which doesn't seem right. it's duck season and the weather is finally coming on so I need to get this handled.

it may be this one? http://www.**********/parts/detail/brp/B-0319004.html doesn't give a whole lot of info but 6 1/4 seems to big to fit in the drive id have to measure it.

I just bought a 2-blade on ebay last week and missed out on another one the week before, so if you want a 2-blade, just give it some time. Also, you can post a want-ad on AOMCI.org free classifieds. By the way, the weedless lower unit will take either prop. I have motors with both.
