weight Johnson vs Honda

am thinking of swaping a 1990 Johnson88 special for a 1997 Honda 4stroke 90 horse, does any one know what the weight difference would be? and any Idea what the two would be worth? I have a friend that is thinking of doing this and he just want's to make sure he doesn't get ripped and that he doesn't get something over weight for his boat.

The weight difference is only around 50-70lb, John. The Honda is, of course, heavier.<br /><br />Most boats rated for 90-100hp wouldn't know the difference.<br /><br />Good luck.
