Does anyone know how much a 77 70HP evinrude weigh? Model#75ELR77S serial#J4752175.(no tilt)thanks!SYM

75ELR77S is a Johnson model number and is a 75 hp engine.Without T/T its dry weight is 230#.Dang close to 250# with oil the lower unit,some scale buildup on the water jackets, and carbs full of fuel. :) <br /><br />It may even have been shipped as an Evinrude and was just manufactured at the Johnson plant.
