Weight of my Evinrude Fastwin

Anyone got an idea what a late 60's model 18hp fastwin weights. I'd put it on a scale...except I don't have a scale.

Yup. They're about 80-90 lbs. One of the strongest pound-for-pound motors ever made. Can't beat 'em. They can usually push most 14' boats about +20 mph, give or take. Here's a great link.

I had one when I was a teen. It was heavy, but not that bad considering the difference it meant at the prop.

85 LBS to be exact. +1 on a good motor
