Weird boat?

I occasionally peruse Boston's Craiglist. This boat pops up on occasion. Aside from being Quasimodo-looking it makes me wonder - "what are they thinking?"

Very interesting design, probably engineered during cold war . A multiple use air mat sib, for ocean, lakes, rivers, you can even remove upper inflatable deck and deck thwart and have a standard sib with up front ramp, ain't that super cool addition for the doggy as well...

I hadn't thought about the doggy ramp. I bet if the seller mentioned that this relic of the Cold War would be gone in flashiest of flashes.

I would love to see one up close! Looks like a pretty cool design for casual cruising.

It definitely looks like it'd be easy for the kids to get in and out of, as well as the dog!
