the tower of power ...bit the dust......cheap 2 cyle oil..is what my mechanic says..my fault...scoring on all the pistons...and a wrap..just before we shut her off...6 and a half years..almost 7..mostly in the ocean...was a 115 meant for salt.??....i tried!!!

If you used TC-W3 rated oil in a 50:1 mix your mechanic is incorrect.

The truth is that he doesn't have a clue what caused it, but it was probably something about the way it was operated. . . overheat, forgot to put oil in the fuel or something like that. The only things all 6 have (had) in common were fuel and cooling.
