Hi Everyone, I am new to the forum so please be gentle on me.
I have a problem with a Wellcraft Martinique 3000 engine warning system.
The starboard water temp warning starts to squeal its head off, 5 to 10 Seconds after the engine is started and will not
stop untill the engine is shut down.
Everything else seems fine, engine is running fine and according to the gauge the water temp is good. The only thing that may
have had an influence on the problem is that the alternator died on the starboard engine and the starboard battery went flat.
I have since replaced the alternator and charged the battery and the charging circute is working fine now.
I am a little lost on this one as It is a different type of warning systom to what I have seen in the past and was hoping someone
may be able to give me some advice on what to check.
She is fitted with 2 x 350 throttle body injected chevy engines
Hope someone can help.
Cheers
Peter
